Kids under 17 ‘caught’ riding bicycles while wearing a helmet will be issued a ticket entitling them to a free Italian Ice from @ritaspequannock
A reminder to parents: NJ state law requires bicycle riders under the age of 17 to wear a helmet.
Parents can be fined up to $100 for a minor in violation of the statute. Stay cool, wear a helmet and eat a @ritasice
